One person runs Tuff India, roughly one working day a week. That shapes what is honest to promise here.
support@tuffindia.com — for anything at all: a download that did not arrive, a refund, a question before you buy, or a correction to something written here.
How long a reply takes
3–5 working days. The inbox is read twice a week, midweek and Sunday. It is not 24/7 support and pretending otherwise would just make you angry on day two.
If a download has failed and you have paid, say so in the subject line and it gets handled first.
What is not offered
- Custom AI setup, consulting, or done-for-you client work.
- Phone or WhatsApp support.
- Bespoke versions of the products.
Tuff India sells finished products rather than services. That is what keeps them cheap and keeps them maintained.
