Terms
Last updated 9 August 2026
These terms cover buying and using anything from Tuff India, a trading name of a sole proprietorship owned by Vaishnavi Chauhan, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. Using the site or buying a product means these apply.
What you are buying
A digital product — prompts, templates, checklists, and similar files — delivered by email as a download. There is no account, no subscription, and no recurring charge. You pay once and the files are yours.
What you can do with it
- Use it for your own freelance or business work, for as long as you like.
- Adapt it, rewrite it, and use the output in work you charge clients for.
- Use it inside a business you own.
What you cannot do
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the files themselves.
- Share your download link publicly or pass the files to non-buyers.
- Repackage the contents as your own product or course.
One purchase covers one person or one business.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach this site.
Prices are in Indian rupees. This business is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or collected and the price you see is the price you pay. If that changes, prices and this page change with it.
Delivery
The download email is sent automatically after a successful payment. If it has not arrived within an hour, check spam, then write tosupport@tuffindia.com and it will be resent.
Updates to products
Products are versioned. Meaningful improvements are sent to people who already bought that product, at no cost. Small corrections may happen without an email.
What is not promised
These are templates for your own work. They do not guarantee that you will win clients, get paid faster, or earn a particular amount. Anything touching money, tax, or contracts is a starting point, not professional advice — get it checked before you rely on it.
Refunds
Covered separately on the refunds page.
Changes and disputes
These terms may change; the date at the top moves when they do. Governing law is Indian law, and the courts at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
