This page explains what happens to your information when you download something free or buy a product from Tuff India. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
Tuff India is a trading name of a sole proprietorship owned by Vaishnavi Chauhan, at 16-Ujjwal, Mahanagar Colony, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is not a separately registered company. Questions about anything on this page go to support@tuffindia.com.
What is collected
- Your email address, when you enter it to receive a free resource or when you buy something.
- Purchase details — what you bought, when, and the payment reference Razorpay returns. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to Razorpay and never reach this site.
- Standard technical logs — the requests this site serves, kept briefly by Cloudflare to run and protect it.
Why
Your email address is used to send you the thing you asked for, the occasional email about running freelance work, and anything you need after a purchase — a receipt, a download link, a meaningful update to a product you own. There is no fixed sending schedule and no automated series. It is not used for anything else.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare — serves this website, stores the subscriber list, sends the emails, and keeps standard technical logs. No separate email marketing company is involved.
- Razorpay — processes payment and holds the card or UPI details you enter. Their privacy terms apply to that step.
Your address is never sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long it is kept
Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted, at which point it goes. Purchase records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year of the purchase, because tax and accounting rules require it — those cannot be deleted on request while that period runs.
What you can ask for
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@tuffindia.com and expect a reply within 3–5 working days. To come off the email list, reply to any email you have had from Tuff India and say so — that is the whole process, and it is handled by a person rather than a link.
Cookies
Right now this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all. Nothing here tracks you between visits, and there is nothing to opt out of.
That will change when analytics and advertising measurement are added. When they are, a consent banner will ask first, those scripts will not load until you agree, and declining will leave the site fully working. This page will be updated on the same day, not afterwards.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.
