Refunds
Last updated 9 August 2026
Everything sold here is a digital product delivered to your inbox within minutes of payment. Once it has been sent, it cannot be sent back, and this policy says so plainly rather than burying it.
The short version
Once the product has been delivered, the sale is final. There is no cooling-off window and no change-of-mind refund. Every product page shows what is inside before you pay, and the free pack lets you read the writing itself first — that material exists so the decision happens before the payment, not after.
What is still refunded
The rule above covers changing your mind. It does not cover this end failing to deliver what you paid for:
- You were charged and the product never arrived, and it could not be fixed.
- The files are broken, incomplete, or will not open, and cannot be made to work for you.
- The product is materially different from what its page described at the time you bought it.
- You were charged twice for the same product.
In those cases you get your money back and you do not have to argue for it.
What is not refunded
- You bought it, read it, and decided you already knew it. The previews exist so you can judge that before paying.
- The prompts did not produce the result you wanted from a particular AI tool. These are templates for your own work, not a guaranteed outcome.
- You no longer want it, or bought it by mistake and have already received it.
How to ask
Email support@tuffindia.com with the address you paid with and roughly what went wrong. One line is enough. Expect a reply within 3–5 working days, and the money returned within 7 working days of the refund being agreed.
Refunds are returned through Razorpay to the method you paid with. How long your bank takes after that is not something this end controls.
If something is wrong but you do not want a refund
Tell us anyway. Products here are versioned, and a genuine problem gets fixed for everyone who already bought it.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email first. A chargeback raised without contact costs both sides more and takes far longer than simply being sent the file again or refunded.
